On Target Television Productions is
seeking volunteers to help us operate our organization. Currently you may inquire
about the following positions:
General Clerk
Responsible for performing routine office tasks such as
filing, copying, organizing, and other similar duties. Assist Media Coordinator with the
preparation of future shows, and events. Must be a flexible team worker, with the
ability to perform a variety of tasks independently. Works under general
supervision; typically reports to the Volunteer Coordinator. A certain degree of
creativity is required.
Office Assistant
Responsible for performing routine office tasks. strong
computer skills (proficient in all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Power
Point and Access). Assist Media Coordinator with research and the preparation of future
shows, and events. Must be flexible and able to perform a variety of tasks.
Independent team worker relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Works under general supervision; typically reports to the Volunteer Coordinator. A certain
degree of creativity is required.
Production Assistant
Assist production staff with researching topics,
locations, and shooting sites of future shows and fundraisers. Set appointments
with guests and vendors when needed. Must be flexible and able to perform a variety
of tasks. Ability to work independently while executing good judgment, especially
when speaking to guests and the public. Works under general supervision; typically reports
to the Production Director. A certain degree of creativity and flexibility are definitely
required.
On-Call Gaffer
Assist producers and directors with production staging,
sound, lighting, props, makeup, and loading at locations and shooting. Must be flexible
and able to perform a variety of tasks. Ability to work independently while
executing good judgment, especially when speaking to guests and the public. Works under
general supervision; typically reports to the Producer of project. A certain degree of
creativity and flexibility are definitely required.
Corporate Development
Assist producers and directors with fundraising,
publicity and research. Independent team worker relies on knowledge and
experience to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to apply good judgment, especially
when speaking to agencies, guests and the public. Works under general supervision;
typically reports to the Executive Director. A certain degree of creativity and
flexibility are definitely required.
